Materials processed through the vacuum mincing machine exhibit reduced bubbles, improved yield, enhanced elasticity, and thorough blending. The emulsification effect is optimal, preventing the oxidation and degradation of nutrients such as myoglobin and fats in the raw materials, thereby preserving the original color, flavor, and various nutritional components to the greatest extent.
