The variable frequency vacuum chopper is a newly developed chopper by our company. The surface skin of the equipment is made of stainless steel, and the key components are processed by a CNC gantry machining center to ensure high machining accuracy. The equipment has low vibration, which can make the spindle work for a long time and prevent the heat generated by the high-speed rotation of the spindle from transferring to the materials in the pot. It has been widely praised in the industry. The materials cut by the vacuum chopper can reduce bubbles, improve yield, increase elasticity, ensure sufficient material bonding, have good emulsification effect, prevent the oxidation and destruction of nutrients such as myoglobin and fat in the raw materials, and preserve the original color, flavor, and various nutrients to the greatest extent possible. The vacuum chopper is a key equipment in the production of meat products. The high-speed chopper can chop the raw materials into fine minced meat and mix them evenly with other auxiliary materials.
